Dear Rev Cathryn:
No I am not a MD, my son is. I have a DD degree. My son is planning to travel to Kenya with me to do the medical part of the mission while I do crusades with Bro. Abraham Omanyo. Right now the plan is to travel there in July of 2009. We are in the process of assembling a team to travel and you would be more than welcome to join the team. He is going to need assistance with the medical part of the mission while I am ministering in the field. My heart is to see the power of God released in the lives of people throughout the entire region and to see the needs of these orphans that Bro. Abraham cares for met at the same time. I fully believe in the power of God to heal all their diseases and do not ever discount that power, but at the same time, sometimes when a medical person can go and minister to them with not only medicine but also God's love and power it performs a 2 fold purpose. I would love to talk to you regarding this trip because this will be my first venture into Africa. I have only been to South America on mission trips in the past.
